• Scientech expects its in-house equipment sales to jump 50% this year, with more growth next year and some customers already reserving 2028 capacity.
• The demand is coming from advanced chip packaging — the CoWoS technology behind AI chips, plus a newer version called CoPoS.
• Every CoWoS equipment maker in Taiwan is being asked by customers to work on CoPoS gear too, pointing to a fast technology shift.
• Some material deliveries are running late, though Marketech says it has the people and supplies lined up to serve customers in Taiwan, the US, Japan and Germany.
