Aug 20, 2026

Taiwanese interior design and construction firm 潤德 (RunDer, 6881) says its order book is holding up well, a positive sign for the company and its shareholders.

  • The firm has NT$5.9 billion of work in hand, with about NT$2.3 billion not yet booked as revenue.
  • It added 28 new project orders this year, worth roughly NT$2.1 billion.
  • First-half revenue was flat from a year earlier, but profit margins improved thanks to better cost control, lifting earnings per share.
  • Demand is coming from AI and chip companies expanding, which need new headquarters and high-spec factory offices fitted out.
  • It is also chasing rail-linked developments, malls, office towers, and luxury housing amenities, plus smart and multi-use space design.

Outlook: The backlog should keep revenue steady for the next several quarters, with growth tied to how long the AI and semiconductor building boom lasts.
