Foxconn's chip packaging arm Xinxin (訊芯-KY) jumped as much as 6.6% after Nvidia said its co-packaged optics switches are now in full production — good news for Taiwan's advanced packaging suppliers.

• Nvidia announced its Spectrum-X silicon photonics ethernet switches, built with CPO technology, have entered full mass production for AI data centers.
• Xinxin already has the ability to mass produce both 51.2T and 102.4T CPO parts, so money poured into the stock.
• The company expects double-digit revenue growth this year and even faster growth next year.
• It plans to spend NT$4–5 billion over this year and next on automated CPO production lines, advanced packaging, and optical circuit switch products.

Outlook: As long as AI data centers keep shifting to silicon photonics, suppliers with working CPO production lines should keep drawing investor money.
