A two-year-old pointer mix in Hawaii is up for adoption with her fee waived, good news for anyone looking to add a dog to the family.

• Lydia is a 32-pound pointer mix who has been waiting for a home since July.
• She greets people at the door with a toy and a full-body wiggle, and splits her time between couch naps and zoomies.
• She can be shy at first, but warms up fast with patience and encouragement.
• Her adoption fee is waived, and she goes home with supplies to help her settle in.

Outlook: Lydia can be met at the Hawaiian Humane Society's family campus, and her waived fee may help her find a home soon.
