The University of Hawaii athletics department is running its annual Giving Week donation push, a positive moment for fans who want to back the school's teams.

• The campaign runs through October 19 and asks fans to give money to support student athletes.
• Donors pick between two tracks: one covers everyday costs like team travel and meals, the other funds name, image and likeness deals that help coaches land and keep top players.
• Givers can also steer their money to one specific sport they care about.
• All gifts count toward membership status in a new athletic club launching for the 2027-28 school year.
• The week ends Friday, October 16 with the Green and White Celebration at the Stan Sheriff Center, honoring five new Circle of Honor inductees including Rich Miano and Monica Eggins.

Outlook: Floor tables for Friday's event are sold out, but lower bowl seating and parking are free, with doors opening at 5:30.
