A woman is in custody over a deadly shooting at a Kailua festival, but police are still asking the public for help.

• A 24-year-old woman was arrested late Sunday night on murder and firearm charges.
• The victim, 30-year-old Thomas Malone, was found dead near a parking lot during Saturday's Kailua Fall Festival.
