Kula Country Farms has been voted the number one local farm in the Best of Maui awards, a win for a family business that has farmed the Kula area for four generations.

• The Mand family has grown food in upcountry Kula for four generations.
• The farm is best known for its sweet local strawberries and pick-your-own strawberry season.
• It also sells local fruits and vegetables, fresh flowers, homemade jams and sauces, and baked goods.
• Each fall the farm hosts a pumpkin patch that has become a Maui tradition.
