• State land officials are telling each owner to file their own insurance claim to pay for pulling their boat out.
• Officials are still working out whether the emergency proclamation can get these businesses commercial dock space somewhere else.
• The bigger commercial side of the harbor came through fine, so tug and barge traffic is still moving.

Outlook: The state is looking at whether federal help can clear the harbor all at once, the way Lahaina's harbor was cleaned up after the fire.
