Taiwan's Wistron just posted its biggest month ever as AI server orders keep piling up — very good news for the company and for the AI supply chain, and another sign the PC business is fading.

• August revenue blew past NT$400 billion for the first time, up sharply from July and more than double a year ago.
• Sales for the first eight months of the year are close to double last year's pace, driven almost entirely by AI servers.
• Laptop, desktop, and monitor shipments all fell, and management expects PC-related sales to drop by double digits in the second half.
• AI server shipments are rising quarter by quarter, with the fourth quarter set to be the strongest of the year.
• Parts shortages are still a problem, but customer demand is strong enough to soak up everything Wistron can build.
