Asus is selling far more AI servers than expected, a clear win for the company and for the wider AI hardware chain.

• August sales jumped about 50% from a year earlier, the second-best month in company history.
• AI server orders are driving the gain, with revenue for the first eight months up more than 40%.
• Asus raised its server growth target for the year a second time, now expecting at least 150% growth instead of 100%.
• PCs are also recovering, adding a second engine alongside servers and components.
