Taiwanese networking gear maker Accton keeps setting records, and its AI-driven growth is good news for shareholders and for the wider AI hardware supply chain.

• Accton's August sales topped NT$40 billion for the first time, up about 60% from a year ago.
• Sales for the first eight months are up more than 60%, also a record.
• The surge comes from heavy orders from one big customer, believed to be a major US cloud giant.
• July and August combined already cover most of what the company sold in the whole second quarter.
• New optical switching products are expected to start adding to sales late this year.

Outlook: Third-quarter sales are expected to break NT$100 billion, growing more than 20% from the previous quarter.
