LandMark Optoelectronics Posts Record August Revenue; Shares Close Higher

Sep 04, 2026

Business is ramping up quickly at Taiwanese optical communications maker LandMark Optoelectronics — good news for shareholders and investors.

  • LandMark posted August revenue of NT$520 million, up nearly threefold from a year earlier and a record high.
  • The main driver was a sharp increase in shipments of data centre products; revenue for the first eight months of the year has already more than doubled from the same period last year.
  • LandMark has raised its share of the silicon photonics market, and foreign institutional investors expect third-quarter revenue to rise more than 20% from the previous quarter.
  • The company has just approved several major procurement cases, including a four-year data centre laser supply contract signed with a US customer, along with NT$3.26 billion in additional purchases of production equipment.
  • To secure raw materials, LandMark has also signed long-term agreements with indium phosphide substrate suppliers in the United States and Japan.

Outlook: with order-taking, materials stockpiling and capacity expansion advancing in parallel, revenue is expected to climb month by month, and the share price should continue to draw buying interest.
