• Pressed by councillors on whether he would sue the preschool, Chiang Wan-an only repeated that it had "already been severely punished and heavily fined" and that the matter would be "handled in accordance with the law," without giving a direct answer.
• Kao Chia-yu questioned whether parents may have been misled into believing the preschool carried the mayor's personal endorsement, arguing that the mayor should therefore be all the clearer about legal responsibility.
