Sacred Hearts Academy on Oahu is opening its preschool to 2-year-olds starting in September, giving Honolulu parents another early-education option.

• The preschool currently takes 3- and 4-year-olds; 2-year-olds join in September.
• It is a Catholic, all-girls program sitting on the same campus that runs through 12th grade.
• Classroom design and teaching are built around how girls learn, and faith and character are part of the day alongside academics.
• A new innovation center will give students a dedicated space for robotics, building, and hands-on engineering projects tied to reading, math, art, and religion.
• Families can book a half-day visit through the admissions office before deciding to enroll.

Outlook: Enrollment for the new 2-year-old class opens ahead of the September start.
