• The defendant agreed to let it be sold, and 10 bidders showed up to compete for it.
• Taxes were already paid and the inside was fully fitted out like a mobile apartment, which drove interest.
• Bidding ran through 73 offers before a buyer with spare land at home won it for NT$1.15 million.
