Miaoli County now has public bike-share in every one of its 18 townships and cities, good news for students and residents without cars.

• Five more townships — Dahu, Zhuolan, Tai'an, Shitan and Xihu — switched on service, finishing the county-wide build-out.
• Seven new stations opened, at township offices, a high school, a winery, a parking lot and a temple.
• The system has carried more than 10 million rides since it started in 2018, with a record month this past May.
• Students make up 42% of users, and new electric-assist bikes are being added to make riding easier for older users.

Outlook: With coverage complete, the focus shifts to adding electric bikes and pushing usage higher at the newest rural stations.
