A woman in Kaohsiung says a man has repeatedly followed and filmed her at the Pier-2 Art Center, and police are now handling it as a stalking case.

• She was too scared to ask anyone for help at the time, and ran into him again this week after months without seeing him.
• This time she filmed him back and posted the clip online to warn others, saying she doubted police could do much about being filmed in a public place.
