Maui County Charity Walk raises record $1.8 million for local nonprofits
Hawaii's Maui County Charity Walk hit a new high this year, good news for dozens of island nonprofits.
- The Maui Hotel and Lodging Association handed out nearly $1.8 million to more than 78 nonprofit groups from this year's walk.
- Since it started in 1980, the charity walk has raised over $23 million for Maui County.
