Another man tied to Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking network is dead, deepening suspicion around how many of Epstein's associates have died before facing trial.

• Daniel Sied, a 69-year-old French modeling scout named thousands of times in newly released Epstein files, was found dead at his home near Paris, with the cause still unknown.
• Records show he spent over a decade sending Epstein photos, ages, and details of young women — some 15 to 17 — and got money wired to fund scouting trips across Eastern Europe.
• He is the third key figure to die before trial: Epstein himself, associate Jean-Luc Brunel (found dead in a Paris cell in 2022), and now Sied.
• Several women say Sied lured them with modeling promises and delivered them to Epstein or assaulted them himself, yet French police repeatedly took no action on their reports.
• Sied claimed he thought Epstein was just a Victoria's Secret casting director, but investigators found no evidence to back that story.
