An early morning fire at a Nanakuli beach left two people badly hurt, one of them fighting for their life.

• Crews rushed to the Black Rocks beach area off Farrington Highway just after 2 a.m.
• A woman in her 60s suffered severe burns over most of her body and is in critical condition.
• A 65-year-old man was also treated for serious burns to his feet.
• Multiple emergency crews responded to the scene.

Outlook: Investigators will look into what started the fire as both victims remain in the hospital.
